Black ops 2 origins extra perk slots

This is either a mistaken map or the game is bugged. Only 4 additional perk slots (4 red piles can be found) in solo. I'm 100% certain. Tried 3 times now in solo game, I can get max 8 perk slots, and after that I've looked for and checked all these spots countless times, with no luck. After 8 slots and 8 perks, the ninth one cannot simply be found.

Unquenchable is functioned like an extra perk slot, in addition you can get more perks when you have this gobblegum as long as you have many in your pack, however once it has been activated then the perk will remain in your slots and the gobblegum will disappear.
